1. Dosing system 

Application :used to dose and mix suitable of raw material to get the gypsum powder slurry.

Composition:Rotary screen, bucket elevator, intermediate storage bunker, speed adjustment screw conveyor, belt measuring said, mixing machine, foaming agent machine, water supplying device, conveyor device, weighing device and electric control parts.

2. Paper suppy system 

Application:used to provide paper to the gypsum board.

Composition:The paper roll lifting machine, uncoiling device, pneumatic paper receiving machine, paper storing machine, paper pulling machine, paper guiding machine, scoring machine and automatic correction machine.

3 Forming&solidification system 

Application: to form the semi-finished gypsum board products from the gypsum powder slurry.

Forming speed: more than 6m/min, Gypsum board forming special belt(ring-type,no joint)

Composition: board forming machine, vibrating forming machine, automatic vertical edge devices, frequency control forming 

belt, angle edge belt, up into device, belt deviation rectification device and so on. 

4 Automatic cutting system

Application: used for cutting the solidified plate on molding belt machine into required length.

Composition: accelerating device, measuring device, servo cutting machine, PLC control system, etc.

5  Transit system 

Usage: used to horizontally transport the cut plate to distributor.

Composition: accelerating device, horizontal transport device, plate turnover device, servo motor control system, etc.

6 Distribution system

Application: used to transport the wet gypsum board to each story of drying machine with the control of PLC distributor. 

Composition:distributor bridge, elevator, PLC system, etc. 

7 Drying system 

Application:to dry the formed gypsum board.     

Composition: The main body machine including (vertical beam, cross beam, and roof beam) supporting roller, thermal insulation door main operating chain sprocket, amianthus bearing, circulation fan, air exhausting door, air inletting door, moisture removal barrel, shutter door, thermal ram, thermal conductivity ram, main power drive device, main chain counterweight system, heat insulation materials, valves, tubing and steam recovery system.    

8 Discharging board and finished board system

Application:Used to convey gypsum board,and cutting to get required size, then edging and stacking.

Composition: 

Dustcollecting device, accurate cutting device, horizontal lifter, accelerating device, analysis&location device, 

distribute board horizontal transport device, distribute device, combining machine, automatic stacking machine, 

automatic packing machine, etc.
